In my opinion, this is one of the better if not best Mexican food trucks in the Beaverton area they get a ton of business and their food has just been excellent. Every time. My favorite is probably the quesabirria. I would go here more often except the parking situation is pretty bad if you go go on off hours or park across the street. Depending on the line the service is pretty quick. They don't really have any tables or anything to sit at, which would be nice, but then that would take up precious parking spaces.

We have been looking for different taco spots because I have been trying to find guacamole cream sauce. El Jefe.. you can smell the grill chicken all the way down Allen Blvd .... As soon as you arrive... you can smell the flavorful goodness. The staff are so kind and we love that we can order the extra sauces in 8oz container. Love eating the chips w the sauce and salsa! The tacos are satisfying and I love that you can order it individually or in combos! Definitely order in combos if you want rice and beans on the side :) Staff has been very kind each visit and we have been back three times since the first visit. Give them a try!

Ordered: -El Jefe bowl -Al Pastor & Carne Asada street tacos Pro: -Generous portions (especially the El Jefe Bowl) & good prices -All ingredients tasted fresh & meats were well seasoned -Salsas have a good kick -Guac is creamy and very fresh -You can order ahead of time for quick pickup; we did not order ahead, but our wait was less than 10min -Clean inside truck & staff were all friendly Con: -Limited parking -No tables or seating area (eat in your car or at home) We'll be back to try their charcoal grilled chicken meal!
When I have no time to think about an easy, good fast meal, instead of going to a chain, I support this local business that cranks out some banging grilled chicken! Seriously though, the variety is expansive but I still love the simple grilled chicken tacos and the birria if I need food for my kids. I buy their large salsa containers for homemade salsa i can use when hosting and want to impress my friends with the facade that I had time to make my own salsa. The parking lot is a bit anxiety inducing - there are like 4 spots and none of which really have room to back up but if you can park and cross the busy Allen intersection it's better!
